John began working at the agency in October 1990, and has been a licensed Life, Health and Accident and Property & Casualty insurance agent since 1991. Along with his duties as claims manager, John also is a producer and is involved in both the personal lines and commercial lines insurance departments. He actively manages personal and corporate client relationships with personable customer service.

John and his wife, Kim, have three children, Hannah, John, and Christi.
